How do you cease morning sickness (not pregnant)?

Answer #1

If you’re not pregnant, you can take Gravol, but it’ll make you drowsy. Your other options are to try an antacid, or eat some plain crackers or dry toast.

Answer #2

Try any of the following.

  1. Take a ginger tea. It helps fight nausea. However, do not take more than 1 gram a day.
  2. Munch on a few Saltine Crackers.
  3. Cut back on the size of your meals and eat more often but cut your portion size in half.

I hope you find those helpful. :)

Answer #3

Don’t eat fat food in the evening, at least 3 hours before you go to bed. Any herbal tea with a single fresh vermouth leaf added to it will help against pyrosis and nausea, too.

And you could eat dry bread or zwieback.

But if the morning sickness is a hangover: Bear it. You deserve it.

Answer #4

I don’t drink ha, but I did eat right before bed, that must have been why I was feeling ill. :)

Answer #5

Mint tea or just add a slice of ginger in tea helps alleviate the symptom. Definitely don’t eat anything greasy for breakfast or anything too heavy on the stomach like a breakfast burrito.

Answer #6

there are all natural ginger pills you can take, plus they have no side effects (unless youre allegric to ginger)
