Pregnant or just sick?

I am a week late for my period. My nipples all of a sudden are very sore. Last night I had hot flashes all night long. It was so bad I had to sleep right in front of the window with it open. When I stand I feel very lightheaded and dizzy. I woke up feeling very nauseated but never did vomit. I got to work this morning and started cramping and bleeding a little. I feel very sick and dont know whats wrong please help.

If you suspect you could be, get a pregnancy test done. Don’t sit there worrying about it, find out if you are for sure.

You can either go to a chemist and get one of the ‘pee on a stick’ tests, go to a family planning centre and get one done, or just go to a doctor for blood work.
