Morning sickness

I start having morning sickness and late in the evening I feel tired and like I don’t have that much strength I just want to rest my breast isn’t that sore then I feel some times like a dizzy spell and some times I feel like I have to throw up but I don’t can you tell me or help me to figure this one out
