Ugh, Morning Sickness =\

So I went to the doctors and found out I am 11 weeks pregnant. Starting at the beginning of this week whenever I wake up I feel sick to my stomach. But never throw up. Is this morning sickness?? And I gag and everything! When I eat breakfast and take my prenatal vitamin I feel better within like 20 minutes. If it is morning sickness, how long till it goes away???

Yeah that’s morning sickness - You’re quite lucky you aren’t throwing up, makes everything SO much worse when you’re feeling sick and running to the washroom to throw up, disgusting, that’s what I have right now. Try eating salted crackers or pretzels before getting out of bed in the morning.

As for how long it lasts, depends on the person. A lot of people I know got it from 6-13 weeks but you’re just starting now so I’m not sure, could end soon or could be off-and-on your entire pregnancy.

yes it is. you need to get up slower and keep some crackers by your bed and much on a few before getting up. it will make you feel much better.

Answer #3

Sounds just like morning sickness to me, maybe someone with more experience can tell you when it will pass I’m not sure.
