How to get to sleep?

I’ve been up for 16hrs. Im not tired @ I cant sleap Help!

get excercise durring the day. dont sit or lay in bed unless sleeping. eat right. practice a “bed time” get up at the same wake time every day. when all else fails go get sleeping pills. I do not recomend staying awake after taking sleeping pills —> not fun! too trippy or scary

lol, 16 hours? most people are up 16 hours in the day? there’s always over the counter sleeping pills?

neither can I, it’s 4 am where I am… lately I’ve been sleeping at 8 am an waking up at 4 pm. lazy lazy lazy…

Try being in Iraq lol. I didn’t sleep but like 1-2 hours a night for like the first 2 months. I think I’m up to about 5 hours a night now. And It’s going into month #5
