Will working out hurt your baby?

I was wondering if you are working out and not know you are pregnant, can it hurt the baby? Can it make you nauseous or vomit? I am not sure if I am pregnant I just wanted to know. I want to wait for a little bit longer to take a pregnancy test!

You can contiue your work out it will in no way hurt the baby. You may have to adjust your routine later. Ab crunches may also not be a good idea later on. Good luck
