i dont think it’s a good idea to try and loose weight while you are pregnant, there is no way you will tone your stomche in without hsrming yourdelf or the baby. try walking or simming etc it will be good for you and the baby health wise.

take care snd congratulations!

Answer #5

Hi!

Sit-ups are generally not recommended during pregnancy. This is because the movements involved may traumatize the uterus or abdomen. Weight lifting is also not recommended.

Many women enjoy dancing, swimming, water aerobics, yoga, pilates, biking, or walking when they are pregnant.

I hope that helps!
