can't shut down
Dell laptop somehow reset ‘New User’ and locked the computer - I can’t shut down, restart, change password or user. Says it has password but I never set such a thing a and haven’t a clue what to do. Any help very appreciated!
I’m not sure… but if you want to shut it down… you could always just take the battery out and then put it back in…
Not sure how much good that would do though.
