Why does my phone always shut off when im texting?

its a gt360 from LG and every time i text it just shuts off, one time it did it 11 times in a rpw, its brand new i got it 2 months ago, so whats the problem??

It may have a faulty battery, but if it’s only two months old it should still be on warranty - take it back to the store.

Your battery is probley loose. Open the back of your phone and make sure that your battery is connected firmly, you can also take a small piece of folded up cardboard and place it in between the bottom of the battery and the phone so that it connects snugly with the battery connecter.

firmware bug.. see if the blower needs upgrading.
