Why does my phone keep shutting off?
I have a prepaid phone (straight talk) I had a phone from the same people before but I dropped it, anyway I never had a problem with the internet with that phone. now I have a touch screen one and when I use the internet on it, it shuts off. not everytime but its done it at least three times today. anyone know what could be causing this or what I can do? and I dont think its anything to do with being charged enough because sometimes itll be charging when it does it. thanks!
lol, get it in water? sometimes when phones get wet, the shut off. That’s the only thing i could think. Unless it’s just having a bad day.
