can my mom put a restraining order on my 20 year old boyfrend

ok she is allowed to have sex when she is 16 in austraila and the parents cant do a thing about it that is here though so depending on where you live it might be different…she is allowed to have sex.

ok I am coreyis20” girlfriend and I know the law system for austrailia and she can not put a restraining order on him unless it is against her but that still means that you can see him. the only way that she can put on you and him is to get you to say soething like he is hurting me or hitting me but if you dont say anything like that to the police she cant do anything, because you are over 16 and you can make up your own mind now. have a nice day :)

this probably isnt much help but she probably can especially if your mum thinks hes doing something wrong.. any monkey business and it probably wouldnt be hard, there may be some law that says she cant but I doubt it, sorry for wasting your time with this completely useless information. im 20 and my girlfriend is 17 she was 16 when I got with her…its perfectly legal what yous are doing…even when it comes to s3x…”depending on where you live” I live in autralia…when a girl hits (16) she can make her own mind up…your mum sounds a little mean…try and get them in a room together or even get him over for dinner and find out why she does not like your boyfriend…but dw about it im pretty sure she cant …have a good day
