Can I get emancipated to a 20 year old if im 16?

The county and socail workers and also welfare know how old he I as. We went through this when I was pregnant. Also for everyone placing judgement, you guys have no idea what our situation is. Also courts and rape crisis manager came and spoke with me and confirmed that he couldnt be placed in jail unless my parents pressed charged.

I just want to know if I can find away to become a minor adult. My mother suffers from a lot of issues and its hard for me to live my life, take care of her and raise my own daughter, you know.? I had to enroll myself in school and pretend I was her because she has no time. Its a long story. She knows im in school but sometimes I think her jealousy makes her hate on me and put me down. I am very smart and nothing like her, actually im everything she wants to be.A good mother, role model, smart, educated, and loved. I dont know what to do. I want to be on my own but the only way for that is to be married, but I dont want my boyfriend, baby’s dad to go to jail,and I dont want my mom to hate me. Because one minute she telling me im better off with out her and then next telling me that I better not leave. ( its due to her mental conditions that she is suffering.) I dont know what to do
