Can my mom put a restraining order on my girlfriend?

no she can’t. if your girlfriend has not done anything derogatory or disrespectful to your mom, then shes has absolutely no reason to put a restraining order on her. and she has to have your permission.. haha fun part about that, because we all know your not giving it to her.. she is 18 and your 18, all is legal.. so again NO.

I dont think she can since neither of you are minors if you were a minor she probably could but since you arent I think she could only put a restraining order against your girlfriend for your mom like so she cant see your mom not you.

Ok, first of all you get a restraining order against someone, and it has to be put by the person… so she would place the restraining order on you, but she can keep you away from herself, not from her daughter…

She can’t put a restraining order on someone for no reason, and the police will not appreciate being bothered with selfish pettiness.

I’m pretty sure she could only put a restraining order on your girlfriend for your girlfriend to not be around your mom, not for your girlfriend to not be around you. I’m pretty sure you would have to be the one filing for a restraining order for it to be keeping her away from you…

And yes, restraining orders call for real reasons.

well she didn’t owned me. She’s my step-mom. So I really don’t care what she thinks
