Can I loose 10-30 pounds in 4 months?

Well as of now it’s July 25th and by thanksgiving, I want to have dropped atleast 10 pounds. I weigh 143 I’m 5’3 and I absolutely hate shopping for clothes. Since a lot of te stores at the malls near me the highest they go to is a size 8 in tops and 13 in jeans. (I fit the pants not so much the shirts) So here’s what I have so far.— -stop drinking sodas and switch to water -exercise for 30 minutes to an hour after waking up on the trendmil -have breakfast of some fruits and milk -exersice somemore maybe somemore running,then some sit-ups. -have lunch -do some more sit-up while watching T.V. -dinner -walk the dogs -then tendmil for at least 30 minutes

as suggestions??? oh I’m 15 so expensive meal plans are out of the question. I have some ensure for Immune system and some ensure for weight watching.

Try swimming! I swim lots and its really good for you! (also, try sleeping really late in the morning so you dont pig out on snacks) thats what I do ( but I sleep till 11 b-cause I stay up really late) lol 

Well that sounds like a very healthy plan but I think you’ll come to find that all the exercise might be difficult to keep up. Your enthusiasm might die down very quickly :p but it your diet sounds healthy. You probably will lose weight on that plan but it’s very difficult to drop 30 pounds in 4 months. If you keep up your plan, however, you will eventually lose all the weight that you want to lose. Hope I helped :)
