How to workout my calves?

What to do!? I hear about all these pills and drinks on tv I’ve tried a few and none do any work..I heard if you swim it’s a good workout. But how long and how many days would I have too??and how small will they get?? I’m a size 9 praying to be a size 5 or 3 hopefully soon. Is it possible and how??

if you want to work your calves out you need to work them every single day, just like your forearms they are very resillent , get some dumbells and do calf raises on the stairs, every day, if you got like a straight bar and some weights use that and do them but not a on step, or just get a friend to hop on your back and do it

what they said…do not take anymore pills they are a complete joke..I have taken them they didnt wokr either…then I did research on them and looked at customer reviews and I couldnt find one that worked…they are a scam just a way to get money.

Swimming helps but not THAT much. There’s many ways to work your caves. Go runnin/jogging or fast walking. Or stand on the edge on something (a sidewalk, staps what ever has an edge) an just push up an down. More than likely your caves will start biurning pretty quickly but its a good burn. It let’s you know your workin your muscle an makin them more lean. I use a special machine at the gym for my caves. Good luck

For your calves stand on the egde of your bath tub on your toes and movie up and down making your calves work
