Belly pooch... :(

okay sooo all women pretty much have this problem right…their lower belly little pooch fat on the lower abs…I am 17 5’1 and psh as if I am gonna tell you my weight..but anyways…I am 99% of the time in great shape right like I still have ti just not really that prominent. well I just got out of my softball season and I will have to admit…I packed on some extra poundage and I was wondering how to get it off…I already have a diet because I am pretty much allergic to everything on the planet earth…I have been trying to eat less with sometime I know is my down fall and I am trying really hard to stop so please don’t tell me to try eating less because I know I have to. but like what exercises worked for you? how did you get that extra baby belly fat off? any foods you tried that you got it off with some how? please swim season is coming up and…yeah lol please!!! love ya!!!

sit ups are they way to go, they work so good for me :) and I heard somewhere that the little bit of fat at the bottom of your tummy will always be a bit there because its got something to do with your uterus. thats why guys’s abs are all the same but girls rarely have the bottom abs and when they do, they arent as hard/good as the other 4. but yeah, situps :)
