Beach body in 7 days

I’ve lost a lot of fat and gained more muscle in the past month. So I guess you can say that I’m pretty lean. But, I still have a little (very very very tiny) stomach and some fat on my thighs. I want to look my best by next week because we’re going to the beach for my birthday. Any suggestions for keeping this lean body and making it leaner??

P.s. I noticed that once I get skinny I always tend to gain weight a lil’ after. I need to know how not to get back to where I was.

You need to stay on a balanced diet, but I recommend eating plenty of fruit and vegetables, and drink plenty of water.

Here is some good advice to help bump your metabolism and help you get that little extra you are looking for.

Eat smaller portions but more often. Eating 5-6 times a day while still consuming the same amount of calories can help increase your metabolism. Make sure to still eat healthy though. Yogurt, nuts(non roasted non salted.. almonds are great), fruit, natural peanut butter, whole grains, are all good examples. Try to get protein and good carbs (whole grain unrefined) in every meal.

Run wind sprints. These will really help lean you up. Find a nice place where you can run and sprint as hard as you can for 30 seconds then walk slow for 60 seconds then repeat. Do as many as you can. The more days you do it the better. This kind of high intensity, stop and go exercise is really great for your heart. Studies have shown that it can up your metabolism for up to 24 hours, burns fat better than steady state exercise by up to 9 times, and burns more calories in less time.

Hope these work out for you.
