Bad Habit I need to quit.

I bite the inside of my mouth a lot. So much, that I’ve gotten little bumps, and I’m worried, it will stay like that permenantly.

I’d quit but the thing is, I don’t even notice when I start biting it, until after a feel a little pain is that I stop.

This habit is annoying and I really want and need help stopping.

I do it to even once in a while. Try chewing gum or something. I used to do it a lot when I was in school, so I tried to chew a piece of gum or low calorie candy, or sipped on a water bottle, something to keep from chewing. Its a hard habit to break. Are you nervous or stressed? It might be the problem.
