I need a good way to quit smoking!!

After 7 years, I finally quit using www.quitnet.com and the patch. Oh and a lot of mindfullness training. Unless YOU are ready, REALLY REALLY READY, it will be impossible.

Just try and stop cold turkey. try a quit smoking gum. or go online and look at pix of what your lungs are going to look like after awhile. or take a look at people who have been smoking for years. see what they look like today - that would help me im sure.

just stop thats what i did after smoking 4 nearly 6 years i decided one morning that was it now im going 4 1year 2 months now
