Answer #1

It is a Phycological disorder . Actually you are not hungry , but as your mind is not engaged with something better than eating , then you tend to eat a lot and gain weight . This is a very common problem . Eating gives you satisfaction of the Brain but actually increases weight . So , You have to keep your self busy in what you like better than eating .

Answer #2

yes drinking lots can help. try to do things to keep yourself busy, so you don’t think about food. if all else fails there are some pills out there you could try.

Answer #3

Don’t ever go for fast food, in fact when you’re out and about don’t bring any money. You won’t be able to buy the unhealthy foods this way even if your appetite acts up. Eat more sandwiches, they are very filling. Drink less or no milk at all like me and load up on water. Big things to avoid are butter, sour cream, fried food, ranch, sweets, cheese, and peanut butter. If you get really hungry because of your appetite try gum or warm water.

drink milk or something that falls heavy on the stomach…or you can try weight loss programs such as jenny craig or weight watchers…they will give you tips on how to lose weight but still being able to enjoy food. If you cant do that, set a limit for yourself, if you normally eat 5 meals a day with a bunch of snacks in between, limit yourself to just breakfast, lunch and dinner and one snack after lunch and before dinner. Also at times it may not be your appetite,it could be the types of food you eat. Like trade a big mac in for a salad bowl, try that for a month and your’e guar4anteed results. Hope I can help!! I’m exactly the same haha, I have a cream bun and it sticks to one of my butt cheeks for about a week. drink plenty of water when you feel hungry, also have porridge for breakfast, made out of water, might not be the nicest thing, but it makes you feel full. eat dry bread. I go swimming twice a week, and running twice a week, it’s exercise and keeps me from gaining what I eat (: erin x

Answer #6

Yes. Drink lots of water whenever you feel hungry, because most of the time we mistake thirst for hunger. When think we’re hungry when infact we’re only dehydrated. And when you still feel hungry after drinking water, that’s the time you can eat.

A hoola hoop also helped me. Always use it early in the morning and now I have a tiny waist. Try it!

Drink a cup of pure water with one teaspoon of psyllium powder mixed-in or drink a mug of green tea. In the morning, I drink coffee (not to strong) with unsweetened coconut milk instead of cow’s milk. I do some stretches, sit-ups or push-ups if I’m at home. I take a 15 to 30 minute brisk walk or just a stroll. Dogs are great for this… they love to take quick (or long) walks with you - they’re the best personal trainers in the world!

Answer #10

The bigger issue is not that you are hungry but what are you eating? Water is very important but you can eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, lean meat and whole grains. You should look at eating more frequently (5 smaller meals or snacks a day). Hunger means your body needs nourishment but if you eat a lot of junk food and sweets you will want more while continuing to gain weight. You MUST exercise! 30 minutes at least 3 times a week. Strength training will help you build muscles and muscles burn calories. Every pound of muscles you have will burn 100 calories a day even when you are resting. Join a Curves in your area. You’ll be glad you did!
