Appetite problems

I am constantly hungry which is getting in the way of my diet. Are there any safe ways to temporarily lose my appetite and control it?

Protein like: chicken, eggs, beans, peanuts, beef, pork, etc. will fill you up. Rice is also good. Pasta is filling, but you have to be careful because there’s a lot of carbohydrates. If you’re craving something sweet, eat some fruit, yogurt, a fat free Popsicle, or a granola bar.. Try eating smaller portions, but more often, like every few hours. Find things that will keep your mind occupied so you don’t think about eating all the time. :)

TRY THIS, it really works. start a fresh day over, so probably tomorrow would be a good day to try this out. NOTE: if you eat in smaller plates, bowls, ext. it will make you feel like your eating more. it might trick your brain, so rather than grabbing a big plate and serving yourself more, take a smaller plate.

gradually switch to a SMALLER plate. after a while, TRUST ME, if you start eating a little less everyday, your appitite will DEcrease. this means you’ll still be eating till your fool, you just wont be eating as much. this helped me loose a lot of weight. FAST.

and NOTE: this is why diets DONT WORK. once some one tells you that you cant have anything, then you just want it more.

You could chew gum, or eat a really healthy snack, and between meals snack on nuts or seeds of somesort, that really helps control hunger.

cool. are there other ways of fighting of hunger? like besides eating stuff? or taking pills?

eat foods like pasta. they give you a full feeling.!!
