How do I increase my appetite?

I’ve been upset a lot today so I haven’t had an appetite, I ate a bowl of spaghetti and a cupcake this morning, I’m pretty sure that counts as not being healthy and the day is pretty much over, unless I can get by with only eating that? Plus I feel that I shouldn’t really eat so that makes the situation worse.

Try something small like toast and maybe some fruit, sorry to hear u have had such an upsetting day, hope tomorrow is better

Sometimes getting your mind of your troubles can help like taking long runs or working out which will then give you those cravings for fuel.

Stressful situations release cortisol in the body which suppresses appetite and makes you feel upset. They sell appetite increasing products, like Black Hole or the Big C (I think) which aren’t expensive at all if you need help. Also, some studies show eating certain BCAAs helps increase appetite in the body and also nuts help too.
