An afterlife

How do the scientists and philosophers really viewed a life after death?

Answer #1

Since the proposition that there is life after death is not testable, science has nothing to say about it. Most modern philosophers recognize the proposition as invalid.

Answer #2

do you mean how they get information on the “afterlife” if so…by question people who have died before, or have came extreemly close to death because its those people who generally “see things” for example…a white light or “god” ect theres quite a lot of years of studying on this subject but the only “evidence” they have is from those people who have told them what they saw

Answer #3

Scientists don’t, since there’s no way to provide empirical evidence of any sort of life after death. In the absence of any evidence, there’s no reason to suppose it even exists, either.

I can’t speak for what philosophers say about it, though. Rather a lot, I imagine.
