Is Amsterdam a nice place to visit for 3/4 days?

I heard there is a year long waiting list or something like that to get in. It is really popular so it must be nice, guess the only place you can partake of the special coffee shops.

depends what your going there for lol ;) yes ive been and it was wicked… infact im going again early december 2010 :) its a very nice place and the people are friendly… some would say a lil too friendly haha i was there for 5 days and unlike other parts of europe like spain and that i didnt see 1 outburst of viol3nce.. maybe cus every1 was ston3d and getting laid. i wasnt stoneed but my mates were.. we stayed around teh city center with the dru3s and women so apart from that i cant tell you about any places to visit sorry… but yeah deffo get out there :D
