Am I too young for Jenny Craig?

this might seem bad to you, but id do anything to make myself marketable. after a semester in college I’ve decided to go back to dancing. I’ve been dancing for 16 years and its always what I’ve wanted to be, but I have a bad foot problem that cant take the constant pounding so I decided to stop…but after being away from it for a few months I cannot take it. but I also dont have the body for it. im short and I have huge boobs. im not overweight (im 5’6 and 132lbs) but im not very marketable as a dancer. so my question is, do you think im too young to go on jenny craig? I know it will help me lose weight healthily and I’ve tried everything else. I watch what I eat and I dance an average of 20 hours a week.

Yea no Jenny Craig! It’s as bad as trying the Nutrisystem their stuff’s 70$…A WEEK!! Ridiculous! I am 5’5” and I weigh a lot more than you. I don’t look like, thankfully, because I have a lot of muscle in my body. But after 2 kids, and my genetic history, I have the leftover baby stll on my stomach, back and arms that is what I am trying to lose because it hides my muscle definition.

What EXACTLY is it you are trying to lose? Boobs? Butt? How do you see yourself as “non marketable” ?

Jenny Craig doesn’t care about your age they care about how much money you’re going to dish out to them. If you already watch what you eat then you can eat healthy with out wasting excess money for someone else to tell you, or make you eat. what you already know is right or wrong for you to eat. I hate to say it but Jenny, Nutrisystem, and Weight Watchers are pretty much just like high priced diet pills. But why spend excess money for something that you could do on your own ? You can go buy Healthy Choice meals, be eating the same food, and the same cals, and spend less a month than on those diets that send the food to your doorstep. How lazy is that? If you want to spend the same money and eat healthier, find an Organic food store, like Harris Teeter for instance. You also might check into the possibility it may just be water retention.

I didn’t mean to sound like I was lecturing but I was just trying to make a point. I am very cheap and I do not spend extra money unless I absolutely HAVE to. So if I don’t have to spend that money I won’t.

girl, you do not need jenny craig! you r not over weight..and you watch what you eat…maybe there is sumthing else you can do…

Answer #3

Why would you want to go on Jenny Craig if you are not over weight? I don’t think that 5’6 is considered short, especially for a dancer. Have you thought about becoming a dance teacher or a choreographer(did I spell that correctly?)
