This isn’t really a question, but the best/easiest/healthiest way to lose weight is drinking a massive amount of water at least over a water, and NOTHING else.

an easy way to loose weight is to exercise like aerobis, do tae bo (the funnest thing ever), etc and drink water and eat healthy…we just had a whole health class about it
