What can I snack on that will keep me feeling healthy?
I am thirteen years old. I turn fourteen in January and I weigh 11 stone. I eat an unhealthy diet with chocolate and sweats and fatty foods but I can’t seem to stop. Does anyone have any ideas on what I could snack on that can keep me feeling satisfied but is healthy?
Dried fruits make a great snack and are easy to carry. Keep a package of dried fruit in your desk or bag - healthy snack bars another option…Good luck !!
Bananas, apples and peanut butter, cheese and crackers, sushi,
heres a list of healthy snacks that i like:
fruits and veggies,of course. I recommend carrots.You can dip them in almost anything,and theyre still healthy. Also,I recommend eating an apple before each meal.It will make you more fill,so that you wont eat as much for dinner.
Try Banana slices inside low fat bread,with low fat peanut butter,Tasty.
Pretzels are good,Theyve got carbs,that keep you energetic,and they fill you up.
Seafood is good,and they make your hair shinier,and your skin less oily..Along with Eggs.
Milk is a tricky one,Its good for your bones,yet too much will increase your bodily fat. Try 1 percent,or 2 percent. i recommend 1 percent.
Water is important,too.It flushes your body out,and helps to clean out everything,as well as keeps you alert and energized.Drink lots of it,Like 6-8 glasses a day.I have a huge Water bottle,that i refill one to three times a day.
Stay away from sodas,if you can.even limitting them will help you out big time.

Good snacks to eat are fruit like strawberries and apples! Dont eat chocolate, crisps and sweets because it has a lot of calories..
Strawberries: Are only 7 calorie for 10z-28g Whereas 1 jelly baby is 20 calories which Is quite a lot! Good Luck && keep drinking water
hello , i think yogurt is healthy it aids in digestion and it aid in helping with yeast infections there 99% fat free and come in all diff. flavors all around healthy for you ! also heres a few more below :
Apples w/ peanut butter are very high in protein, low n fat breakfast shake- includes low fat yogurt 4 whole strawberrys 1 bannna and 1 egg 1 table spone vanilla extract ,ice , 2 scoops of protein powder blend all together
