How can I stop feeling the munchies?

I get the munchies quite a lot. Usually towards the time when I’m about to start my period. I don’t want to stuff my face with all the yummy goodness that I want lol but it’s rather hard to say no. Especially when I’m already feeling pretty down because of my period.

What sort of healthy things could I eat when I do get the munchies? I’m not really a fan of nuts and don’t like many fruits either. Or, what could I do/think when I do get the munchie feeling.

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated thank you. : ]

I have the same problem. Maybe try lowfat snacks like those calorie watchers, or pretzels, or maybe even those nuts and bolts mixes.

go to hyvee, or price choppers or walmart & but some Edamame beans inn the pods!! they are so yummy to munch on, & they are healthy!!, or I like to suck on frozen blueberries!!
