Yes…until you start eating again.

Don’t fall for fad diets…the results are always temporary.

Answer #3

they don’t work like they say they do. they just leave you hungry and the liquids are full of substances that you really don’t want to put in your body… just read the back of a slimfast can… there’s several hundred calories in one serving, and no fiber. You will feel much better about yourself if you do something more logical like eating a vegetarian diet. where you can basically eat as much as you want, and still lose weight because of the low calorie and high fiber content of natural foods. many of them take more calories to burn than there are in the food, so eating them causes you to lose weight.

Answer #4

I’ve tried some fasting plans and girl, I’m not doing one ever again!!! they really aren’t all that good for ya. YOu need to feed your body! especially if you are wanting to build muscle. The more muscle you have the more calories you will burn so if you are looking to lose weight, incorporate resistance/strength training into your workouts, eat proteins, fruit, veggies, moderate carbs and do cardio at least 4 x a week (3x if you want to maintain weight.

I am a bb coach and could recommend some really cool workouts for ya. If your interested or have any fitness or nutrition related Q. feel free to fun mail me. I’d love to help.
