Liquid diet

I’ve been on a juice diet for 4 days just drinking a mix of pomegrante,apple,blueberry,cherry etc. And water in between. How much weight can I lose? I have one more day to go.

not much because your gonna gain it back after the diets over and all of your going up and down in weight is very unhealthy

ummm… stop this foolishness. eat something girl…(if you are a girl) lose wight by excersizing!!! it works better. and you are not hungry all the time… DANG! forget juice.

You need to eat healthy…you won’t lose any weight by that silly diet…your body will just think it is being starved and it’ll hold back all the fat that you currently have (if any)

instead of dieting, try a healthy lifestyle…crash diets don’t work.

your body cant live off liquids and diets dont work you really need to learn more about why stupid diets dont work, and learn more about your body and what it needs to function and keep you alive also you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you probably DONT need to loose any weight

That is incredibly unhealthy and that probably won’t put you off but I hope it does because you are putting yourself at serious risk. Food (real physical solid food) = fuel, if cars don’t get petrol they wont move, if your body doesn’t get solid food and enough of it it will die.

liquid diet is ok, but… a real fast way…the way MMA fighters use? go buy at a grogcery store: Arrowhead Distilled water. go hot soak in the bathtub, as hot as possible, and drink that water as you sweat in the tub… I lost 35 lbs in less than 2 months only doing that. no pills, no major change in my diet. hot soak every night for 30+ min…
