Is it healthy to go on a liquid diet?

I mean only drink water and diet pepsi and tea ?

no way. find another alternative. slimfast is a good option, but not for every meal…just one or two. don’t starve yourself, please

Nope- you need different amino acids you get from foods to create protiens for your body to use. Water, diet pepsi and tea are not going to give you all the stuff you need.

no, after a few days or weeks of that youll really f*uck up your body not to mention thats probably the stupidest diet idea I’ve ever heard water flushes out bad toxins, its a nessecity its not food…its water…tea can be use on occasion instead of water but diet coke is crap, just like any other soft drink…its full of sugar as well …and NONE of those things are food… you need to chew, and swallow things…food is one of the basic nessesities…that will keep you alive…if you really think a liquid diet would ever be okay you really need to get your health checked, and get your mind re-assessed…its not okay…hopefully your not too stupid to see that
