abusive relationship??

My b/f and I have been dating months and live together, just rencently he slapped me in the face 3 times and tried to choke me. At one point he told me he wanted to kill me. When I started crying he said he thought I was playing games. I feel like I am stuck in the situation because we live together and I don’t know what to do. He hasn’t been like this before and is usually really good to me. Do I stay or leave??

Run away without any previous notice till it is not late!! He is a hysteric and irresponsible person.

Oh no, leave by all means necessary. Stay with a friend or relative and sort out the problems when you aren’t in an empty house or apartment with just the two of you. It doesn’t matter if he was “playing”, he could have seriously hurt you not to mention the slaps on your face. I don’t know about you but when I play around I don’t get hit in my face. Honestly, he needs to know that you don’t find that acceptable and won’t stand for that.
