How do I lose 30 pounds by december?

How would one go about doing so?

A good way of 2 lose the weight is by drinking a lot of water. Go on a strict diet, a lot of salalds, grilled instead of fried, no sweets, but you can have a piece of dark chocolate, veggies, no rice unless it’s brown, whole wheat is good. Dancing helps do 30 min a day or the gym do aerobics and running helps a lot. The main important thing is 2 eat! every 3 hours. When you crave something sweet have fruits, but never starve urself

30 pounds is a very unrealistic weight goal by December. It is safe to loose about 2 and a half pounds a day, to loose 30 you would have to starve yourself which isn’t healthy.
