20 Pounds Under

I am 15 years old and weigh 96 pounds. I know I am about 20 pounds under weight and I have been trying so hard to put it on but the most I do is loose it all! I don’t do any sports but I do walk around my town a lot, still I don’t think that’s enough to make me weigh as much as I do. What’s going on and what’s the easiest way to put it on?

Perhaps also look at any medications you’re on that could affect appettite.

PIG OUT! Perhaps cut back a little bit on the walking, increase a little more in the sitting in front of the computer (answering questions on FA) will help. Don’t just suddenly jump into eating junk food, you’ll feel like crap. Instead, steadily blend it into your diet. Don’t do “light” or “lowfat” either.

Eat a balanced diet, drink lots of water and try to build up some muscle because muscle weighs more than fat and it makes you capable of doing more. Also keep in mind that some people are naturally thinner than others.
