Why don't I 'crave' food that much anymore?

Ok I know its sounds dumb but seriosuly. One day I woke up and I wasn’t hungry at all , and I normally would be. The only time I ate that day was when I ate breakfast. The whole day I didn’t eat a single thing cause I wasn’t hungry not one bit. This has been going on for the last few days… I don’t think I’m eating as I’m supposed to.. I’m just not hungry -.- I know it seems dumb.. but I’m worred -.-

Are you under much stress right now? are you having friend problems or boyfriend drama or exams? sometimes when people are under a lot of stress then they lose a bit of their appetite.

well no friend problems or school. i have a crush on a guy and i found out he likes my best friend but im not sure.. i sorta forgot about it

Ahah. No . I just remember one day I woke and i was rly hungry.. but my room was super dirty so i went cleaning my room for about 4 hours .. so i went without eating but when i was done cleaning i went and ate. im thinking thats why lol and after that day it started

Because your hormones are changing. When you crave food most of the time there is something in the food that your body wants and thats why your craving it. Like my blood sugar drops very easily if I don’t have sugar. So When my body needs sugar I crave chocolatee or something sweet like Dr. Pepper.
