How do I stop craving?!?!?!?!?!?!

Okay I don’t know how to stop eating!! So I’m not overweight I just eat sooo much and I’m trying to lay off a little on the food scence school started but I can’t! When ever I get hungry I eat something healthy but then every second I’m craving junk food! It’s sooo annoing!!! Please help :(

ok I got a real answer I have tha same problem you do and I don’t want you 2 suffer eat a healthy breakfest and if yur still hungry like a hour later have a yogurt A yogurt just 1 and eat healthy foods such as fish vegetables and meat not a lot of red meat it has a lot of fat fruits have sugar and thats not good and make sure you have some exercise every day I do 30 pushups and 90 situps every day! do this and yull still b eating just not as much but tha exercise will help burn fat ( if you have any) and you will b fine!! p.s 2 much of any food will make you sick!

put a rubber band on your wrist and snap it everytime you get a craving :)

Watch a film called Supersize Me. That should put you off Junk food and McDonalds for about eternity…
