Does anyone know a good way for my wife to gain 20 lbs?

don’t say eat

Answer #1

Workout regularly and go on a high-protein diet. That makes muscles grow.

Answer #2

don’t care about muscle she just wants weight

Answer #3

But muscles weigh more than fat. So that’s actually a healthy and easy way to gain some weight without over-eating and becoming fat and wobbly.

Answer #4

ok my wife is 94 lbs right now she can’t keep weight on we get here up to 103 or so and then a month later she is 96 pounds. she eats three meals a day. she is a very busy person so staying in shape isn’t a problem. it’s keeping her weight up.

Answer #5

My two aunties and my Dad can never seem to gain weight either. No matter whether they’re trying to gain weight or muscle, it’s just impossible. My poor auntie actually looks anorexic. Sadly I didn’t inherit just a little bit of that gene. But maybe your wife can see a specialist about it? Surely there’s something out there that’ll work.

Answer #6

You have a wife !!!!! suprised. never thought. but hey good for you :D eat some more. be lazier. some people just cant. my dad couldnt. Get her pregnant.. then she will gain haha. those ensure milk shake drinks are good for that too. on top of eating more. that might help

Answer #7

no more kids we have 4. and just cause you think i’m crazy doesn’t mean other people do in fact most people find my view of the world refreshing change to the norm

Answer #8

well thats good for you

Answer #9

knock her up

Answer #10

High calorie Boost - it comes in strawberry chocolate or vanilla, you can usually buy a 6 pack for under $10 on sale. If she drinks 2 of those a day she will start to gain weight. It’s also full of vitamins and protein too.

Answer #11

She needs to bump up her protein intake and build some muscle. You cant shove mcdonalds down her throat and expect her to put on weight. all that will do is give her a big belly, make her overly tired, and get oily skin.

Answer #12

we don’t eat fast food. i make real meals three times a day. eww McDonald’s i haven’t ate there in nearly 20 years. as for all this protein talk the normal breakfast includes two eggs, toast, fruit and a meat.

Answer #13

do everything for her so she dousnt have to use much energy at all :)
