12 lbs in 4 weeks?

it depends if your alreday healthy or unederweight no, and dont attempt to loose any weight but if you know for a fact that for your height and age your bmi is a bit over (making you overweight and you can get a doctor to calculate your bmi: body mass index) then yes. but half that weight would be a better goal

Yeah, 3lbs a week. I used to loose 3lbs in a day when I was in wrestling!
