10-12 Pounds

I’m trying to shed a few pounds to get where I would like too be and I’m only about 10-12 pounds away but I know absolutly nothing about diet’s and have NO IDEA how to go about it! What is a good way to tighten my stomach? and what foods to eat?lol

yh workouts help look in books and js do anythin that means exersizing also eat nt rubbish food

well why dont you seach it on google and find what diet would best suit you but I personlly would rather eat what I want and thats what I did and I lost 10 pds but I just worked out a lot more by doing cardio and yoga and diff other workouts

You should try to eat less then what you eat but eat good/healthy food like fruits and stuff… and make sure you exercise 4 times a week!!! good luck!!!=]
