How do I use Rennet? (Continued)

Thanks for your response. I want to use rennet to curdle milk. I’ve got microbial rennet tablets. How should I use the tablet and in what proportion should I add it to milk? Do please help and guide me. Thanks. With best wishes and regards,

According to this website: http://biology.clc.uc.edu/Fankhauser/Cheese/Rennet/Microbial%20coagulant.htm

You should dissolve 1 tablet in 1/3-cup lukewarm potable water. This will help you to create curd in up to 6 gallons of milk.

Do be careful to follow these instructions, for the Junket tablets have different instructions.
