What cake works best when using fondant?
I like to cook so for my birthday this weekend im making my own cake. I like making very delicate cakes, so I use fondant. I was wonering what kind of cake works best with fondant?? Because I was going to use white cake because I was going to color it, but I see on all these cake shows like Ace Of Cakes and Cake Boss. So what kind of cake would work best?
