How do you get a younger male cat to stop humping the older one?

Answer #1

Cats hump to enforce hierarchy. You can try to spray him with a water bottle and telling him firmly to “stop”. If he persists, I recommend getting him neutered. This isn’t a guaranteed fix, but it has been proven to decrease the amount of “hump time”.

Answer #2

at 8 weeks you can spay/neuter cats or dogs.

Answer #3

You need to get him fixed

Answer #4

This question made me laugh. sorry. I recommend trying to teach him not to do it, spray bottles work best, if that doesn’t work you can get him fixed but I recommend leaving that as a last resort.
