Yes yoga no yoga?

Me and my friend kate want to start some sort of club. because my school is ALWAYS going on about how “we give you a great oppotunity by offering you many many clubs at school, for lunch, break, before and after school! so USE it you students, damn USE THEM!!!” , and yeah the only club I do is Samba and teachers keep complaining at me. I know some people, most atually, do like one EVERYday, but I dont want to do that because most clubs are sport and im RUBBISH at sport! Sooo…me and kate wondered if we should start Yoga, barely anyone goes to it, prob because they think its lame and all, but we think it might be fun and make both of us all coool and caaalllmm and chiiillledd ouuttt maannn and deee streesseeed…, but also it might be boring and we will hate it. SO im asking you wether YES Yoga? or NO Yoga? and if you do it what’s it like?

Maybe you should try it on the Wii first, if you are allowed to get one to see if you like it and if you don’t you could still try or you could get a videos. We personally it is fun.

I have done yoga for quite a while, still do some of what I have learned when I need to stretch (usually I only do about 5-10 min every other day, not much, but it helps). It’d help if you explained more about who taught it and how long you get. Really I have had very good 20 minute sessions, but an hour of yoga is awesome.

Yoga does a lot of things to your body. While I’ve rarely ended up exhausted it has made me sleepy/relaxed. During some sessions that did a lot of twists, well, let’s just say it aided in digestion. As a note I do not really enjoy power yoga and constant flowing versions. I perfer to get into a pose and hold it until everything feels right. Some yoga teachers do not teach that way, which does not make a class enjoyable for me. Feel free to email me if you have anymore questions.
