Can you lose weight by doing yoga? And it increases your flexibility, right?

Yes…Yoga is no joke. I know people think it’s stupid but when they do it they will see it’s not that easy. Yoga is a great workout if you really try the moves.

You certainly can. Yoga not only improves your flexibility an strength, but it also gives you an excellent work out. After a session you’ll most likely be sweating. :)
