How can I get rid of my yeast infection for once and all?
I have been treating my yeast infection with over the counter and by the doctor but it keeps coming back what am i doing wrong or what could i do different.
My boyfriend’s ex had a yeast infection before. He told me that using yogurt could actually heal your yeast infection, from his experience. I think any kind of yogurt would work. Just use yogurt like an ointment and rub the infected area.
There is an herb from New Zealand that is sure to work for you. It is called Horopito. It’s been used by the Maori people for centuries. You can get it from Swanson’s Health Products.

It seems like there could be a few different medical conditions that can complicate yeast infections. Perhaps schedule another visit with the doctor & ask them about blood sugar level & see if that does impact the yeast infection. Also get tested for diabetis, as that seems to have something to do with it as well.
From past experience myself, it’s best sometimes to prompt doctors & do thorough research before chatting with them about some things, as they’ll be forced to do a better job with a more educated patient than a less educated one.
