long story short. concert 4 days massive ear ache/infection. please help?

Anti-biotics. See your doctor ASAP, most anti biotics take about 3 days to start having an affect. Are you going to a concert? Might not be cool, but if there is going to be really loud music, get some earplugs, else you could end up making your infection worse.
