Writing music.

How do you get all your good ideals for all your music. I wanna learn how to write my owen songs I can write storys but they never turn into songs. Can you teach me

Answer #1

Seeing I am a song writer myself,I look at things around me,I blend in my own words with the actual thing to convince the reader what the song is about, the verses and chorus aren’t just words they all mean something,as you get into it you’ll know what o write after that all the way to the end, half of my songs have HUGE meanings to them,my favorite song I wrote was called Daddy Loves Me course that was a song dedicated to a friend who lost her dad. My heaviest song was to me Black Rose and my darkest and recent is Candle Lit. I can help you write some.

Writing songs to me means putting yourself in that picture and exploring it as you go,that’s how I am able to write them.

Answer #2

this is how I write songs: I just write fragments of sentences that I am feeling or thinking at the moment then, I connect them it doesn’t really matter if it rhymes, as long as it sounds good together

Answer #3

it seems the best way is to 1.Find something that means something to you 2.Write a kind of “poem” that conveys your song’s meaning or message (this doesn’t have to rhyme) 3.Revise song so that it rhymes and has beat Hope this helps

Answer #4

first…what instrument(s) do you play.
