Working out?

Whats the best workout routine for a beginer? I just tried and I can only bench 85 five times. Its pitiful. I want to get up to 130 by summer.

Also other than sit ups and crunches, whats the best way to develop abs, in like 3 months?

diamonds work the lower half. um push urself as hard as you can go and then when your body gives out try again at what your doing the second you stopped before
