Workin out and less fat?

What can I do to loose fat healthy and fast> I go work out everyday as in run or walk fast and I work out my muscles every other day? What can can I do to have a flatter stomach?

hmm well im doing a lot of running and crunches but with your legs up straight and a weight bar in my hands and its only been 4 days but I notice a difference, im truly committed this time like everyday exercise and cut down on coke etc no chocolate, eat a lot of red meat and a lot of water its working slowly but surely for me
