I'm currently looking for a work out / fat burning work out for myself.
I’m a 15 year old male looking for a better work out program for myself. I’m 6’1 230 pounds and I want to work to get myself into better shape. I’m not looking to get jacked with huge muscles, just toned down with a good looking body. I need a work out plan for myself. The areas I need work in is in my chest, stomach, and upper thighs. I’ve been doing the treadmill and stair climber for cardio and I’m pretty sure I know what I’m doing there, but it wouldn’t hurt for some advice there as well. If someone could provide me with a good workout plan it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Honestly the Insanity workouts are the best!!!! It gets the best bodies and is amazing! You never have to wonder if a muscle group is being neglected because it just works everything! It can be expensive to buy but you can borrow it OR just look on youtube, sometimes they have videos of people doing the full video (so it isn’t the original video but the same workout) or just buy the insanity 20 minute video instead of the full program.

Hi, I’m a professional trainer and I can help. You can lower your fat and increase muscle by 6 - 11 minutes of workout per day.
Try this program for starters:
* 55 seconds of push-up - 5 second rest
* 55 seconds of a plank - 5 seconds rest
* 55 seconds of burpees - 5 second rest
* 55 seconds of jump-squats - 5 seconds rest
* 55 seconds of pull-ups or chin-ups - 5 seconds rest
* 55 seconds of push-up burpees - progress to cool-down.

Here are some suggestions on how you can build your own work out plan. First you need to know your situation, so you would know how much time you can devote for exercise and from there, you can choose which of the workout plan listed in the site is suitable for you. Second, in choosing for exercises, make sure that you have one exercise routine for each area of the body, so you can work out your targeted muscles.
i think u are doing great if u just want your body to be in shape…..nothing else u want just do the exercise properly……
